Creating a 'safe haven' in Afghanistan |

Immediately following the 2002 hostilities in Afghanistan, many humanitarian organisations moved into the country to set up relief and reconstruction operations. To help them get operational more quickly, and more securely, Blue Sky set up a 'safe haven' for NGOs and media groups in Kabul. |
